Your under attack from termites right now!

This is a bold statement but true for our part of the country. It's estimated that there are more than two colonies of termites around the average home in our area. Those termites can be beneficial if they help in the decomposition of dead wood in the forested areas but termites don't really care if that dead wood is part of your property. It satisfies them just the same. Actually during cold weather, they may like the warmth from your home or business better while they are having their dinner.

The type of termite most common in our area doesn't normally do much damage in a short period of time so the first and most important recommendation we can make is to have your property inspected annually. Our experienced and knowledgeable technicians have the expertise to know where termites are likely to invade your property. Inspections are the first step, however as much as we've tried we can't hire Superman. Termites often will penetrate a structure through areas that are inaccessible to inspection. Termites are very sneaky. Many times the first signs of a termite infestation a property owner will see is swarming termites, mud tubes, or wood that sounds hollow or gives way. For example, termites will eat the inside of structural wood right up to the level of the paint covering it but rarely do they break through that paint to let you know they are present. Therefore a good defensive program is the next recommendation. That defensive program is tailored to the factors of your property, factors such as type of construction, moisture levels, and your concerns. We'll discuss with you the best options for your protection.

Weapons In Our Arsenal

Our arsenal of weaponry includes the most modern techniques and tools. We often participate with our suppliers in developing those new techniques and technology in the battle to defend properties from termite invaders.

Some of the weaponry we use includes:

Termidor* Termiticide - This is a new tool that has
proven to be very effective in our battle. It works very
much like a bait product in its ability to affect the
colony but doesn't require the monitoring visits to
your property.

Sentricon* Termite System - this is the proven
termite baiting system that has been used on
hundreds of thousands of homes around the World.
