Very professional

Clegg's has a local feel and I like that. They have provided great service over the years we've used them. Their team is always responsive and reliable.

Cleggs has serviced my old home for years so when we moved to Durham I was happy to continue working with them. They hire good people. I have yet to have a problem with their service, employees, phone support, or value for the money. I highly recommend them. A local family owned business that services several towns in North Carolina.

I have used Clegg's for termite treatment on 3 different occasions. 2 Comercial, 1 residential. Two times were awesome service, once was not so great.

I’ve been a scheduled client of Cleggs for years and have always been happy with the service. They give plenty of advance notice and have always arrived promptly and within the appointment timeframe. Also have been able to reschedule if necessary. The technicians are always friendly and very knowledgeable.

David the technician was very cordial, professional, and explained what he was going to do. He also assured me that I could call him anytime I had a problem and he would respond as soon as possible! I feel confident that I made the right decision by choosing Cleggs and I was referred by my cousin Bill Bethea! He assured me it is worth it!

Clegg’s is fantastic, particularly because of our “bug guy” Joe Kitsch. He’s been doing our house for a couple of years, and he’s very attentive. He knew that we had a newborn baby and called before coming up to the house so that the dogs wouldn’t bark. Very thoughtful! He and those who work in the office are very professional and easy to work with. We had ants in the house once, and they took care of it for no extra charge. Five stars all the way.

Cleggs is a locally owned business and I first called for carpenter ants which they took care of with one application. I had heard that pest control companies also do crawl space encapsulation so I called. They came for an inspection right away. The solution to a damp crawl space sounded reasonable so I agreed. They were able to come and perform the work right away. First killing the fungus growing on the wood then sealing the ground. They were professional and did a great job in 2 hours! Very pleased with the result. Since my air handler is in the crawl space, I’ve noticed an improvement in the air quality in my home. They installed a dehumidifier that they service quarterly to ensure the correct level of humidity. I highly recommend their services. In fact I’ve already recommended them to a friend.

Cleggs is always friendly with their scheduling folks. The technicians/specialists that come out are also awesome. They take a legitimate interest in making your home pest free and worry free for those that are phobic around bugs (I've got a kiddo that is deathly afraid of all things small and "crawly").

We recently had a problem with dry wood termites that had been dormant for 20+ years in a large dining room hutch. Clegg’s Termite and Pest Control in Kernersville, NC did an encapsulation and extermination for us. They were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend them!!

Clegg's came highly recommended, and specifically, Stephen. It has been a pleasure working with them and Stephen was incredibly professional, courteous, thorough, and pleasant.

Edit: Clegg's was supposed to come and remove old termite traps and backfill all the holes. Was not done correctly at first but was fixed that day.
