Not only did he resolve my main issue right away, but his attention to detail meant he caught and fixed another underlying problem on the spot. Our house is in the woods and insects and mice are part of the cost of living there. Our Clegg’s technician is Auston, and he is incredibly helpful and thorough during routine treatments every three months. Cleggs has serviced my old home for years so when we moved to Durham I was happy to continue working with them. They hire good people. I have yet to have a problem with their service, employees, phone support, or value for the money. I highly recommend them. I’ve been a scheduled client of Cleggs for years and have always been happy with the service. They give plenty of advance notice and have always arrived promptly and within the appointment timeframe. Clegg’s is fantastic, particularly because of our “bug guy” Joe Kitsch. He’s been doing our house for a couple of years, and he’s very attentive. He knew that we had a newborn baby and called before coming up to the house so that the dogs wouldn’t bark. Very thoughtful!
