Not only did he resolve my main issue right away, but his attention to detail meant he caught and fixed another underlying problem on the spot. Our house is in the woods and insects and mice are part of the cost of living there. Our Clegg’s technician is Auston, and he is incredibly helpful and thorough during routine treatments every three months. Cleggs has serviced my old home for years so when we moved to Durham I was happy to continue working with them. They hire good people. I have yet to have a problem with their service, employees, phone support, or value for the money. I highly recommend them. I’ve been a scheduled client of Cleggs for years and have always been happy with the service. They give plenty of advance notice and have always arrived promptly and within the appointment timeframe. David the technician was very cordial, professional, and explained what he was going to do.  He also assured me that I could call him anytime I had a problem and he would respond as soon as possible! Clegg’s is fantastic, particularly because of our “bug guy” Joe Kitsch. He’s been doing our house for a couple of years, and he’s very attentive. He knew that we had a newborn baby and called before coming up to the house so that the dogs wouldn’t bark. Very thoughtful! Cleggs is a locally owned business and I first called for carpenter ants which they took care of with one application.   I had heard that pest control companies also do crawl space encapsulation so I called.  They came for an inspection right away.  The solution to a damp crawl space sounded reasonable so I agreed.   They were able to come and perform the work right away.   First killing the fungus growing on the wood then sealing the ground.  They were professional and did a great job in 2 hours!  Very pleased with the result.  Since my air handler is in the crawl space, I’ve noticed an improvement in the air quality in my home.  They installed a dehumidifier that they service quarterly to ensure the correct level of humidity.   I highly recommend their services. Cleggs is always friendly with their scheduling folks. The technicians/specialists that come out are also awesome. We recently had a problem with dry wood termites that had been dormant for 20+ years in a large dining room hutch.
